WHO AM I:
I’m a clinical psychologist. I am here to share insights from therapy and psychology research so that you can make use of it in your daily life to understand how your mind works and optimise your own mental health. I cover all things from confidence and motivation to mood and anxiety. I look forward to chatting with you in the comments.

  1. I’m progressing in what makes me feel anxious, but it has been soooo fuck*** slowwww… it’s actually been very inefficient.

Something that should have been done months ago is still pending. Fortunately, it’s already to my taste and ready to send (or almost) after uncountable cycles of refining and perfection. Maybe it was good enough since long time ago, or maybe it was going to be rejected anyway for the most unthinkable reason :S

  2. Be careful with this advice ! You have to go slowly – your brain remembers anxiety which can lead to more anxiety and triggers in the future !! Be sure to be calm BEFORE the activity
