I hope you have a great day! – Dawn

  2. Does anyone else enjoy watching those old movies (think Robin Hood, etc) and looking at how empty the houses were then? Only what was truly needed and some of what was wanted ❤

  3. A tip I’d like to suggest is the 5/5 A DAY trick. Sometimes it’s overwhelming to declutter, plus scary. Some people develop attachments to their clutter and fear their stuff won’t find a good home. My trick works like this – saw it in a magazine 15 years ago – Each workday for 5 days M-F you will come across stuff that you just don’t use. Maybe it’s a great candle you liked in the store but once you burned it once or twice, it wasn’t for you. Maybe it’s a nail polish in your polish graveyard. That ceramic bird statue a coworker gave you for your birthday that you feel bad about just throwing away. One thing each day. Put a thing each day into a small box. Then offer it to a friend or someone you know. Tell them you’re streamlining your stuff. Even if they don’t want all 5 items, surely they know someone who might.

  4. I just ended a bad relationship. Just now, I sort of thought it about like decluttering. 😅
