I’m walking you through it—step by step, one room at a time. This is real-life organizing, not perfection.
Here’s how it works in the kitchen (but this applies to every space):
1️⃣ Collect – Remove anything that doesn’t belong in the kitchen. Then gather like with like (utensils, mugs, spices—group it all!)
2️⃣ Categorize – See what you truly have. Make it visible.
3️⃣ Cut Out – One category at a time, make decluttering decisions. Move quickly, trust your gut, and repeat steps 2 + 3 as you go.
4️⃣ Contain – Use the storage you already have to give everything a logical home. Work with your space, not against it.
The DeclutterCore™ Method is designed to reduce stress, not add to it.

I have so many one off things. How do I arrange them if they don’t have category siblings?
Whew!! Who’s hungry after all that?
Let’s make lunch… cheers!!!

(*beautiful job… thanks for showing all your steps so clearly!)
Too much things
I🌹wish I had you come to my house to help. INSTEAD the county sent in people who would rather trash the stuff and not ask my permission. I bought the stuff. I should have a little bit of say. They were throwing out brand new items & new food. If there was mold etc.. Then it should be tossed.
❤You might want to downsize some of your collections, people. A lot of it will get thrown away if you’re not around and sick in the hospital or something. ❤
