My question is.. isnt the right after waking up high intensity dangerous actually? Same as fold showers? You should make your body warmed up first no?
I mean you always need to warm up a bit to not get hurt. For example 5-10 minutes at least of stretching, also blood pressure can be issue for some.
15 minutes? The shower alone + getting dressed afterward is a minimum of 30 minutes. And 5 minutes dedicated to something I’ve been procrastinating about? I can’t think of anything I’ve been procrastinating about that could be accomplished in 5 minutes. Or 30 minutes. Or an hour.
Very good, and al of those advises coming from a doctor, no reason not to pay attention to it and just do it.

I’m not starting my day crawling under my bed. LOL And cold showers or plunges make me incredibly angry. I’m glad this works for you. Not for me.
